Create Student accounts in bulk via CSV

  1. Login to the FLAIM Capture site.
  2. The FLAIM Capture Dashboard Page will now be displayed.
  3. Click on the "Create Student" link displayed on the top right of the page. A drop-down list with options will now be displayed.
  4. Click on the Import Records link. The Import Students Page will now be displayed.
  5. If you have not yet downloaded the CSV template click on the "Download" link to download the template CSV which you will need to complete to enable you to import the file with the learner details required to create student records.
  6. When you have recorded the required student details in the CSV template, click on the "Choose File" button to select the CSV file you wish to import.
  7. The filename of the file you selected will now be displayed beside the "Choose File" link.
  8. Click on "Import" button to import the file you selected.
  9. The student records will be created, and a confirmation message will be displayed.
  10. An SMS message will be sent to the telephone number recorded and an email will be sent to the email address recorded to communicate to the individual that their account has been created and what their FLAIM Training Key is.
