Display All Users Page

  1. Login to the FLAIM Capture site.
  2. The FLAIM Capture Dashboard Page will now be displayed.
  3. Click on the "Settings" link displayed within the menu located on the left of the page.
  4. The "Users" link will now be displayed beneath the "Settings" link.
  5. Click on the "Users" link. The All Users Page will now be displayed.
  6. The All Users Page lists all the accounts which have the privileges of an Organisational Admin User.
  7. Organisational Admin Users are the “administrators” of your Organisation’s FLAIM Cloud Service.
  8. An account which is given Organisational Admin User privileges can do the following:
    • Create New Student Records either singularly using the web interface or in-bulk by using the CSV upload function.
    • Review all Organisational Simulation Records and Assign/Reassign Simulation Records.
    • Review all Organisational Unit Records.
    • Review all Scenario Records and modify Success and Failure Messages.
    • Review Organisational Statistics and all Custom Reports.
    • Download and export Custom Reports.
    • Review all Organisational Admin Users and promote Student Users to Organisational Admin Users.
    • Revoke Organisational Admin User privileges from a user (i.e., demote an Organisational Admin User to a Student User).
