Create additional Admin Users

Admin Users have full administrative access to your organisation's Capture account. Only a current Admin User can create an additional Admin User for their Capture account.


To create an Organisational Admin User:

  1. Login to the FLAIM Capture site.
  2. The FLAIM Capture Dashboard Page will now be displayed.
  3. Click on the "Settings" link displayed within the menu located on the left of the page.
  4. The "Users" link will now be displayed beneath the "Settings" link.
  5. Click on the 'Users" link. The All Users Page will now be displayed.
  6. Click on the “Create User” button displayed at the top-right of the All Users Page.
  7. The New UserPage will now be displayed.
  8. Type the email address of the Student User in the Email field. You must ensure you type the same email address recorded on the Student User account.
  9. When you have typed the email address into the Email field click elsewhere on the page.
  10. An alert message will display asking you to confirm that you want to make this Student User an Organisational Admin User.
  11. To proceed click on the “OK” button. To cancel click “Cancel”.
  12. If you proceed by clicking “OK” a confirmation message will be displayed.
  13. The user now has the privileges of an Organisational Admin User.
