- Login to the FLAIM Capture site.
- The FLAIM Capture Dashboard Page will now be displayed.
- Click on the "Settings" link displayed within the menu located on the left of the page.
- The "Users" link will now be displayed beneath the "Settings" link.
- Click on the "Users" link. The All Users Page will now be displayed.
- Locate the Organisational Admin User account that you need to modify. You can use the Search Filters to modify the displayed records shown to assist you in locating the user account you need to change.
- To revoke Organisational Admin User privileges from a user, click on the "More Options" button (displayed as three dots/an ellipsis) at the right hand-side of the row for that user.
- A drop-down menu will now be displayed.
- Within the drop-down menu click on the "Revoke Org Admin Privilege" link.
- An alert message will display asking you to confirm that you wish to proceed.
- To proceed click on the “OK” button. To cancel click “Cancel”.
- If you proceed by clicking “OK” a confirmation message will be displayed.
- The user’s account will now have been demoted to a Student User account and its Organisational Admin User privileges have been removed.
