Connect the VR headset to a Wi-Fi network (see step 7 of the Setting up the FLAIM Extinguisher article for instructions on how to do this).

Open the FLAIM Launcher and check for updates on the right side of the screen.

• If an update is available, click the Update button.
• If nothing appears, then your system is up to date or there may be an issue with your internet connection.

Keep your device powered on and connected to Wi-Fi while the update is being installed.

Once the update is complete, launch the latest version of FLAIM Extinguisher.

Connect the VR headset to a Wi-Fi network (see step 7 of the Setting up the FLAIM Extinguisher article for instructions on how to do this).

If the headset detects that a firmware update is available, the following prompt will appear within the FLAIM Launcher:

Note: If the update is cancelled, it will be available within the Updates panel. If the firmware button within the Updates panel is pressed, the firmware prompt will re-appear.

Select Update.

The update process will then begin.

Note: The device will automatically reboot once it has fully downloaded the new firmware.
