We understand some users are experiencing an issue that when they open the casting or Wi-Fi menu that the Hose Tracker and Extinguisher Bottle disappear from view and they are left with the Handle Controller.

Whilst our team are in the process of resolving this, we want to highlight that it is still possible to select casting and Wi-Fi options even when the Hose Tracker disappears.
- It will be easiest for the user to make these menu selections prior to attaching the Controller and Hose Tracker to the Extinguisher Bottle. Doing so with the Bottle attached is still possible, it will just be more cumbersome.
- Once a menu has been opened and the Hose Tracker disappears from view, a laser pointer will shine from the Handle Controller. Direct the laser towards the menu option, that is, the casting option or Wi-Fi network you wish to select.
- To confirm the selection, press the highlighted button below on the Handle Controller to select the menu option.
- Once the menu option has been selected, the cast menu should close automatically and return to the Launcher menu.
- However, if it doesn't, single press the Controller power button to close the cast menu. The power button is the small triangle button on the face of the Controller.
- Upon returning to the Launcher menu, both the Hose Tracker and the Extinguisher Bottle will come back into view.
- Press the Extinguisher button as usual to launch the system. The Hose Tracker and Extinguisher bottle will continue to be shown throughout the remainder of the VR experience.
