If you are unable to cast due to the feature being "disabled by your organization", please follow the guide below.
- Verify that you have this issue by confirming the "disabled by your organization" message, pictured below:
- Exit Kiosk Mode by holding down the button on the left hand side of the headset for 3 seconds until you see the following menu appear:
- Select the option to Quit Kiosk Mode:
- Select the Settings Icon from the bottom panel:
- From the left hand side menus, select Kiosk Mode:
- With Kiosk Mode selected, scroll down on the right hand side by aiming in the menu, pressing and holding the select button, and moving the cursor up. Scroll until you find the Screen Casting option. Toggle Screen Casting from off to on:
- Select the option to Enter Kiosk Mode in the bottom right corner. When prompted for a passcode, select Don't Set:
- Once back in the Launcher, select the casting icon:
- Select your casting receiver from the menu, It should now begin the casting process.
