FLAIM Portal is where your warranty details are kept and where you can access the latest software updates.

Without registering your product, you risk letting your product run out of warranty and missing both enhancements to FLAIM'S training offering and critical software updates that enable FLAIM products to perform at their optimum state.

Registering a product is a simple process that takes no more than 2 minutes.

HOW TO REGISTER A PRODUCT IN THE PORTAL

1. Go to https://flaimsystems.com/register
2. Complete the form with the best contact details of the owner/user of the product (Please use your work email). You will be asked to enter the serial number for the product (see below).

3. You will be sent an email confirmation within 24 hours:

4. Login to the Portal to access your software updates, scenario library, “How to Videos” or to

register a warranty claim.
