Register a Product in the Portal

It is vital that you register your product on the FLAIM Portal when you receive it. Registering your product activates your product's warranty and grants you access to critical software updates. 

Registering a product is a simple process that takes no more than 2 minutes.

  1. Go to
  2. Complete the form with the best contact details of the owner/user of the product.


    Important: Please use your organisation email.

  3. Select the product from the drop down list provided and enter the serial number for the product. Multiple products can be registered at once.


    Important: The serial number can be found in the following places on the hardware below.

    Back of the SCBA - this shows the serial number as FLAIM0382.

    VR Headset - this shows the serial number as FLAIM30310.​​
  4. You will be sent an email confirmation within 24 hours.
  5. Login to the FLAIM Portal to access your software updates, scenario library, Tutorial Videos or to register a warranty claim.
