It is vital that you register your product on the FLAIM Portal when you receive it. Registering your product activates your product's warranty and grants you access to critical software updates.
Registering a product is a simple process that takes no more than 2 minutes.
- Go to https://flaimsystems.com/register.
- Complete the form with the best contact details of the owner/user of the product.
Important: Please use your organisation email.
- Select the product from the drop down list provided and enter the serial number for the product. Multiple products can be registered at once.
Important: The serial number can be found in the following places on the hardware below.
Back of the SCBA - this shows the serial number as FLAIM0382.
VR Headset - this shows the serial number as FLAIM30310.
- You will be sent an email confirmation within 24 hours.
- Login to the FLAIM Portal to access your software updates, scenario library, Tutorial Videos or to register a warranty claim.
