Forgotten Password

  1. Using a web-browser display your organisation’s FLAIM Capture Login Page.
  2. The FLAIM Capture Login Page will now be displayed. 

  3. Click on the Forgot password? button located at the bottom of the Login Page. 

  4. The Forgot Password Page will now be displayed.

  5. Type in the email address associated with the FLAIM student account that requires the password to be reset in the “Email” field. 

  6. Click on the Reset my password! Button. 

  7. An email will be sent to the email account associated with the FLAIM student account confirming that the password for that account has been reset. 

  8. The email will include a link to enable the account holder to choose a new password.mceclip8.png

  9. Clicking on the link will display the Password Reset Page.

  10. Type in a new password in both the “Password” field and the “Password confirmation” field. 

  11. Click on the Update User button displayed at the bottom of the page. 

  12. The FLAIM Capture Login Page will now be displayed. 

  13. A confirmation message will briefly display confirming that the password has been reset.
