Display the Student Details Page

  1. Login to the FLAIM Capture site.
  2. The FLAIM Capture Dashboard Page will now be displayed. 
  3. Click on "Students" link displayed within the menu located on the left of the page.
  4. The All Students Page will now be displayed.
  5. It is possible to review and modify details of a Student Record using the Students Details Page.
  6. To display the Students Details Page, click on the “Greater Than” icon displayed on the right hand-side of the Student Record you want to review or modify.
  7. The Student Details Page will now be displayed.
  8. The Student Details Page includes a number of TABs, and each TAB enables you to review particular sets of details of the Student Record. The available TABs are: 
    • Statistics
    • Details
    • Simulations
    • Reports
  9. The "Statistics" TAB will be the first TAB displayed when the Student Details Page is opened.
  10. There are several dashboard tiles displayed within the "Student Statistics" TAB:
    • A tile displaying the student’s FLAIM Training Key.
    • A tile displaying the date when the last record of training using a FLAIM Training device has been recorded.
    • The total time (in hours. minutes and seconds) that has been recorded by the student in simulation training delivered by FLAIM Training devices.
    • The total number of simulation records associated with this student and recorded by FLAIM Capture.
    • The number of courses the student has been enrolled in
    • The number of competencies held by the student
    • How many course renewals are recommended
    • The date of the last course activity by the student
    • A chart showing the number of simulations completed by the student each week.
    • The average score achieved by the student per scenario completed by the student.
  11. To display the "Details" TAB, click on the "Details" link.
  12. The "Details" TAB will now be displayed.  This TAB displays the details of the Student User account.
  13. To display the "Simulations" TAB, click on the "Simulations" link.
  14. The "Simulations" TAB will now be displayed. This TAB displays the details of the Simulation Records which have been assigned to this Student Record.
  15. To display the "Reports" TAB, click on the "Reports" link.
  16. The "Reports" TAB will now be displayed. This TAB displays the copies of the Reports which have been created for Student Record analysis.
  17. To display the Enrolments TAB, click on the "Enrolments" TAB.
  18. The Enrolments TAB will now be displayed. This TAB displays the status of all course enrolments for the student.
  19. To display the "Competencies" TAB, click on the "Competencies" link.
  20. The "Competencies" TAB will now be displayed. This TAB displays the status of all competencies for the student.
